I can open instructions but cannot open 2nd download...just a bunch of red and black letters and numbers?????

The second download is a Microsoft Word document. You can download it and if you do not have MS Word, you will need to use Word Perfect or Open Source Word Processor to open and view the document.

2nd download has issues... there are 3 pages but only the first page has any content?

Never mind, I saw the picture you posted. It looks great. I really want to do QAYG, but my attempts don't look very good. I've done 2 and not been happy with either.

I keep trying different methods and hopefully something will click.

I have microsoft word, but guess yours is newer, so wasn't able to open #2, I did the first one though
