At this point I do pin together. Place a pin where the joining strips are matched to the other rows strip. I also put a pin between the joining strips. Be sure to check the placement of your blocks as you go and make sure your blocks match correctly before you add a whole row to the others. Thank you for giving us this tutorial. It is so clear and easy to understand. I have always wanted to do a "quilt as you go" quilt, and this tutorial has motivated me to finally make one. I made one of these strip quilt tops a couple of years ago, and had it quilted by a long arm quilter. She did a great job on it, but of course it was a bit expensive. With a QAYG, when it's done, it's done, and I like that. Thanks again for posting this easy to follow tutorial
