Looks like a fun slice and dice project -- thanks for sharing! I'm currently working with a box of precut squares that was given to me, this would be a good option for the ones I consider boring... Love the staggered setting with the different number of subunits in them. Adds a lot of interest.

You have showed us a very, very pretty quilt. OH, and I love it and the way to make it, using all of our ugly or pretty squares that are left-overs.

How fun and clever this is! I must try it. I've been about to give up on how to make my 2.5" squares something other than humdrum or predictable when sewn together.
