Eddie, I have four CW squares I started about 3 yrs ago for my DGD for a small wall hanging. I didn't finish it because I was going to hand sew the curved pieces down, but now I can do it on the machine & she'll be surprised it's finished. I have jute rope that I think I'll plait for the hanger. She may want to use it on her doorknob to her room.

Please keep making those tutorials for us.

I just borrowed a book from my local quilting group. I have studied all night and it made no sense whatsoever. Today I came upon your Tutorial and everything clicked :idea: What a fantastic tute, hats off to you for making this easy and so do able. Guess what my next project is going to be. Thats after Dear Jane and my Japanese Fans, but the Fan quilt is almost there now. Will also give my friend this link because she couldn´t understand the book either.
