Thank you. I've been collecting fabric and instructions for a quilt like this. Our library has one and that's what made me want one.

Thanks for the link. Making one of these quilts for a grandson who is a big reader like me, is on my "to do" list.

Since I love to read, this is something I will try for sure. Thank you for sharing. Take care.

My husband, the librarian, thought that was pretty cool!

Thanks! This would be a perfect wall hanging for my local library.

caspharm 06-29-2011 07:36 AM

Thanks for the link. It's very cute. I may have to make one for myself. Reading is one of my other hobbies.

Wunder-Mar 06-29-2011 08:17 AM

This is definitely a keeper - for a local library fundraising quilt!

This is another nice way to use up the selvege edges...at least some of them. Thanks for sharing this link. It is a big help as there is so much info out there and we all can't find it.

4dogs 07-30-2011 05:03 AM

I just tried to see this one and it pops up a screen that says it has been removed...?????

sewsewquilter 07-30-2011 05:15 AM

Hope it will give you all some ideas. I am saving some of my unique selvege edges for this project.

I tried as well. It gave me the same response. Has been removed. I wonder why so many things get removed.

RevPam 07-30-2011 05:22 PM

I'm sorry. That's the internet for you.
