This looks amazing, I think I'll give it a try.

The charm pack I used is 5" I would not recommend going smaller it would make the middle too small and harder to work with.

I cut 1 1/4" from the middle line on all 4 sides.

I'd love to see that too. Would you use sashing, or just connect the blocks together?

I have no idea what I would do I just started sewing them together. I like the 4 patch look and would use the dark red as border and some tan I think. It is my favorite block so far!!!

On the left hand side right above the word Author, there is a tab that says Bookmark. Click that and go from there.
