Paper Piecing: 5 Pointed "American" Star -3 Designs
1 Attachment(s)
A woman whose son was in the military, approached me at the quilt show I was working at. She showed me the particular 5 point star she wanted to make for him. I spent some time and drew 3 different versions in EQ7 for her. As I was sending it off, I thought I would share it with all of you.
The PDF has a 5 pointed star, shaded light and dark points in 3 different styles. Hope you enjoy them. |
Thank you. I love paper piecing, plus I am always looking for something to make for my DGS's room. I know he will love this.

Such a nice star. Thanks bunches for the pattern!

Thank you for the paper piece pattern.

Thank you. I love to paper piece and do really well with it. Patching---not so hot. However, I just got a Go cutter so maybe with that accuracy I can produce decent patches.

Here is an image of one of the 3 stars. I felt bad that you could not see the star without downloading the document. Sorry everyone. My teenager was on the main computer last night working on a term paper. Here is one of the 3 stars. This document has 3 slightly different ones, with foundations and some instructions for the star shown.
