Thanks for trying.

Oops, sorry. Must have been my "reader" opened fine with another program!

Wondering why you have 2 downloads for cutting directions?

The quilt as you go method is quicker than the ordinary way of making a quilt. You are making the top and quilting at the same time. A money saver, a very sturdy quilt to be well used. I still make quilt tops the usual way, have them quilted etc. The care you take in making a quilt as you go, determines the quality of the piece just as any other quilt. I like the Quilt as You Go method.

it looks great, i have printed it out and will give it a try on a baby quilt.

the last download is a repeat of cutting directions...

thanks!

Love the idea of this, but what does the back look like? Sorry but I'm one of those that needs to see a 'pic' of something to get it in my mind.

I've made several LC the original way, but would like to try this for a lap top gift for Christmas.

The backing could be anything you like. Just as you would pick a backing for any other quilt, it is just that you do it now. Some of my quilts have one fabric on back of blocks and something different on the border. Your choice.

One sheet is written in Word. The other is a PDF file. Some computers will not open the Word file.
