Sue I generally put mine flush with the edge of the table, closest to me on the back, it helps keep it straight. I do all adjustments to the laser light not the panto. I have to tape down my plexi covers cause my rotten cat gets up on the table if I am not watching.

It is important to get it lined up right the first time. Thanks for sharing. I WISH I would of had some of this information when I started years ago, it is kinda learn by mistakes and take it from there. Thanks for sharing.
