Here is another star. Seems like a lot of you are doing them this year. I keep getting requests. There are a few notes on the foundation page about the number of blocks and the border sizes as shown.

I also included coloring sheets in case you want to do you own variation. Pattern makes a 12" block finished. Coloring sheet for the block is smaller so it will fit on one page. Hope you enjoy the free pattern. Keep the requests coming:thumbup:

The nice thing is there is only 1 foundation (right and reverse of the same one) Enjoy.

Holy falling stars! that's a star to make a wish on - I'll give it a go - can't wait, even have Carol Doak paper over on my shelf.
Thanks

Thanks

Don't know if you do this or not, but I learned this tip and it increased my work time and made removing the paper easier...take your foundations, put them in a pile while you are watching TV and pre-fold and crese (in 2 directions - fold, crease, unfold, fold the other direction and crease again). Do this to all the lines. I did this for a queen size quilt in 2 nights of TV watching. By doing this, you don't have to flip it over to check the lining up up for seam allowances etc. Also, when you tear out the paper it comes out easier. Also, when everything is connected, "pop"the paper out by tugging at opposite (on the diagonal) once, a tiny bit hard and most the seams will pop out.
