I have to say THANK YOU again! I made 20 of these last night and they are so cute and easy, and look so good. My friends will be thanking you too as I give away all my prototypes!!

I too have a pattern/directions for these, but I also like yours better, with the little "trim" on the top. We sold these are our church sale for $2.00 each.

I've made more of these than I can count. I always keep several on hand. It's makes a nice little "cheer" package on lots of occasions. I sometimes stick them in birthday cards, or get-well cards, etc.

Where do you find little tissue packs that open down the center? I can only find the ones that open with a flap.

This would be a great Mother's Day gift for the ladies in my church--think I have time, too! Thanks so much for the tutorial--great idea!

Regarding the packets of tissues, which nearly always have a flap opening, you can either take them out of the poly pack, or slice the poly pack open down the centre with sharp pointed scissors. Careful though!

I made some embrodiered tissue holder for christmas gifts. Does anybody know where to find the old style Kleenex packs that split in the middle?? The new ones wrap to the side and I had to take the tissues out of the plastic to make it work right!!
