Wow! I can only dream of something like this! You did a teriffic job and they are absolutely stunning. I love tiffany glass lamps too.

Actually it does not take that long. The one quilt is 40 by 40. I paint what I want to change and put the fabric by the fan so it dries fast. There were not many pieces since the rose was cut as one piece. The quilting was on my little machine so that took longer. It was less than two weeks but I had to travel to teach over one of the weekends and also get ready for that and recover.

Smaller is better for trying any technique out. Then you get to know what you are doing and do a larger one. Make your bo bo's on a pot holder.

I absolutely love your quilt. It is something I am going to have to try. Thanks for the tutorial. What kind of dye or paint do you use. Words can't describe how impressed I am.

Wow, another beautiful stained glass quilt. I have done stained glass with the bias but I think the yarn looks much easier and cleaner. Thanks for sharing another masterpiece. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:
