really cute. Will save the idea for next year. Have too much going on this weekend.

Getting the stickers off... peel off what you can leaving the bottom layer of paper and the sticky. smear it with a little peanut butter, and let sit 30 minutes or so. rub off with paper towel, repeat if needed. No more sticker. I have used this for years to get stickers off. It will also take gum out of hair. (which is what gave me the idea to try it on a sticker.) No toxic chemicals.

To get the sticker off -- carefully peel what you can off. Lightly tap the sticky side of the label or scotch tape to the sticky that is left on the cutter to "lift" the remaining sticky. If there still is some sticky left rub it with a bit of peanut butter (creamy) and wipe with a paper towel.

Can't guarantee it will work all the time, but it will most of the time.

Good luck and thanks for the tut. Great quick gift idea.

Thanks for the wonderful idea of how to make a quick pin cushion. I have some old cookie cutters I don't use any more and they would be perfect used this way. I'll use the walnut shells in it to give it weight and also sharpen my pins.
To get the sticky labels off, I've used pan spray.

REally cute pincushion! And this is a great idea for the filler too! I didn't think of this!

They are in the section for using for scattering in the bottom of a cage. The shells have an oil to them that will smooth your pins and needles and keep them sharper.

Just an idea! Hugs, Anne in AZ
