Would you please share what type of batting you used? I am looking for something that is sturdy but easy to turn. Do you think interfacing would help to make it stay open but not to stiff? Arthritis in the hands keep me from making bags. I just love them ~ so fashionable! Great job and thank you for doing this!!

Great tutorial. I was planning to make some "sandwiches" to practice FMQ but hate to waste the fabric and batting. Now I'll make them this purse size and have a project ready to go with no waste. Thanks so much.

Great instructions...
and I love your policeman...I used to have one just like him. Yankee died more than 15 years ago, but I still think of him and Charlie (white sheppard) frequently!!!
