HeeHee. I wasn't sure how to post the site, but glad you were able to access it. I have subscribed to the posts so I get a daily update. I had one of my more resourceful friends find me a HUGE cookie jar and I have a lot of my selvages stored it it and then the rest in a HUGE punch bowl....both glass so the selvages with all their wonderful colors, add to my sewing room chaotic pleasure....:o). Last Fall I made some postcards and had great ideas for the Holidays, but sadly didn't find the time......oh well, NEXT year!!!
Have fun reading today......

I planned to hang out by the fire today and enjoy our first real snow but this looks too good to pass up and while I've not finished all my Christmas projects planned (does anyone?) this just jumped up the list of priorities. Tea, fluffy slippers and dreams of oodles of selvages. This is the life!

craftybear, I hope you have fun with it. I love the pincushion I made using this technique...it reminds me of a great project.

Browsing and lucked onto this post. Marvelous method of instruction, very clear, concise and understandable. And oh so crafty! I have it on 'my remember to do it' list.
Thank-you.

If you put the word out to your sewing friends that you are saving selvages, you will have oodles in no time.....at least that's what has happened with me. The downside has been that I have inspired some of these fine ladies to save their own.......:( It's a fine line to walk.....LOL! :D
