I e-mailed the company late Saturday eve and by 10:00 a.m. Sunday I had this reply, (see attachment).

Wow that 2 1/2" is small but sure would be pretty.

Think I will stick with the large nut myself.

The ex-large I think, would be too large.

If anyone gets the small or ex-large templates and uses them, let's see pics and whether you liked them or not.

I'm fairly new to this site and still navigating my way around but I wanted to tell you that your tutorials are superb! This one with the Hickory Nut templates is the second one I've looked at and I'm so convinced that I can do it that I'm going to order the two larger sizes. Can you also use Insulbrite along with the batting or would that make it too thick? I'd like to use the XL size to make some trivets/hot pads.

I would think you could. You might want to try just one block and see what you think. And be sure to post pics here! :D

I just ordered all the sizes. I may not be the greatest quilter in the world but I'm a whiz at being a collector.
It just looks like so much fun.
When I called the quilt shop and told them that I'd looked at your tutorial and I was in love, she asked, "With the templates or with Eddie?" I laughed and said, "Well he sure is cute but looks younger than my stepsons so I guess I'll stick with being in love with the templates." She laughed and said that you are a wonderful person, fabulous quilter and that they just adore you.

I was browsing and came upon your tutorial. It is great. I think I might have to see about getting some myself. You made it look like fun.

Hey Eddie, I ordered all three last Thursday and they arrived today. You're right, that's a great shop. Any shop that ships that fast is wonderful in my book. I can't wait to try them out but unfortunately I've got to spend this week preparing for my daughter's birthday party Friday night and company all weekend. Maybe next Monday unless I can squeeze in some time. Thanks again for the tutorial. I'll post a pix when I get something done with them.

Does anyone know if they mail internationally, too? This looks simple enough for me! :D
Thanks for the great tutorial Eddie.

I don't know but I do know that the lady I spoke with was delightful, helpful and funny. You could always call and ask. Tell them that you're a member of this board and saw Eddie's tutorial and that might help. They might ask you to pay a little more in shipping.
