If you have a small child's garment, you could trace around the contour and "fill in the blanks." OR find a small child's pattern and use the front parts only. If looking for a pattern, check out the easy to sew patterns because they are less expensive.

I've made two of these quilts using a different pattern. I wish I had your tutorial then. You make it so much easier and cuter too. I love it. I'm throwing out that old pattern! Thanks for your easier and cuter choice.
