Looks like I'll end up with about 24 blocks this year. Each 1st attempt I've done has just lacked something in my fabric choices, so I make a 2nd block and am much more pleased with it. I really like all the blocks and several have pushed me out of my comfort zone.

Wow! I can just see me know with this one . . . oops!!! 
I'll put this one on the "back burner" since I'm still working on June's block!!! (at least I have the June block cut out and ready to find its way to the sewing machine . . . ha, ha, ha).

i think it's the fabrics i used.
i was limited to scraps from a different project because i wasn't home at the time.
