Default Moroccan flor tile patterns

Someone could turn these into some amazing quilt patterns.

They come from an article on the Gardenista.com site.

You're absolutely right, and there are some patterns already available that you might want to check out.

Antique Cuban floor tiles are very much in the same style, evoking the Moorish occupation of Spain. Google "antique cuban floor tiles" and it's apparent how the styles are connected.

Many times when we were in a foreign country, my husband would comment on the patterns on the floor or on the walls. There are some very pretty designs. I like our Subway's floors. Large squares of muted tone on tone red, green and tan. There is no pattern, just put down randomly. Every time I go there, I have to notice that floor and enjoy looking at it.
