Default New fabric...Ideas?

I was at the Canada Quilts show and saw this fabric and just couldn't leave it there. I bought 2 metres (2 yards and a bit) and I have been wracking my brain about what to do with it, with no result.

So, of course I thought I'd come to all the geniuses here and ask for your opinions!

What would be an awesome pattern to really show off this fabric?

The picture doesn't do it justice...it's super rich and almost satiny looking.

The only thing that's come to me so far is a shadow box, but what are some other ideas?
Thanks in advance!

Watson

Something like Beyond Horizons. cut it apart, keep track of the order of the pieces, then use a white fabric to separate them, and vary the length of the white strips to give the illusion of a curve in your fabric.

Love this fabric!! Sometimes, You have to wait for the perfect pattern or idea for that perfect fabric but it will come....in the mean time, just pet it and enjoy it.

Have to say that I prefer using fantastic fabrics like this one for the back... I know you want to showcase it but I believe the back should always be as beautiful as the front...

Think about a 2 fabric Bargello. It usually uses an ombre but this would definitely work. Who is the manufacturer and what is the name of the line? Inquiring minds need to know!!
