According to the website I posted the link for, these were made for export to India. I dont' know about any other special variation machines.

I'm just curious. You keep asking for that particular manual. Why? A Singer 15 is a Singer 15. Just because it has unique decals doesn't mean it is a totally different machine. It still threads the same way. It still has the same oiling points, etc. It still uses the same parts, put together the same way. It's still a belt driven Singer 15.

I sent you an email this morning to make sure I have correct address before I start sending the photos files of the manual.

I found both of my 15sv10 machines on the Mississippi Gulf Coast within 10 miles of each other. I haven't compared this manual to my other 15 model manuals, but it does say 15sv10 on the front.

The serial numbers are close, but I do not have them with me at this time.
