Hiya folks,
been using the 401A daily for quite a few months now and have to admit it's turned out to be a good all round secondary machine
It's been set up lately for double needle top stitching and thought I'd show the nice stitch it produces for reference purposes. Also included a pic of the upper tension setting used.

ps: an impulse purchase that has proved good

Cheers folks, always nice to share working examples. Lucky to have a machine (or 3 lol) constantly set-up for one specific job and didn't expect the 401 would of been one of them

I haven't tried the double needle on my 401A, that's beautiful. I need to find a reason to try mine out!

Love double needle stitching. I used it with the serpentine stitch. The first pic shows the back.
