Default anyone recognize this one?

This is my sister's machine. My dad's wife left it to her back in the 70's. She still has it. She's never used it as she has no manual and is not much of a sewist.

It has a Morse sticker under the bed and a Morse crown on the face. I did not look for a JA number.

I've posted this once before, but no one responded. Maybe I'll have better luck this time. I'm looking for a similar machine so that I can buy a manual.

That sure is a clean looking machine. I looked for it on the web but haven't been able to find anything on it yet. Do you have any other identifying marks or numbers or names on it? Do you think it was made by Morse? Good luck with your search.

No help on finding a manual but it looks like a very easy to use machine and in nice, clean condition.

One identical to this is in Ebay, sold by a sewing machine company- it may be possible to contact them for a manual. It said if you turn it upside down the name Toyota Morse - will be on the bottom.

Thanks, Granny. Now that I know it's a Morse 9500, I found the manual online. My sister's machine had no identifying marks other than the Morse sticker.

Thanks again.

I would print the manual and put it into a binder for future use. I've done that for a few friends who couldn't find the manuals for their machines and didn't have a printer.
