Looks like a National or inspired by National which uses a National shuttle (short), National bobbins, and 20x1 needles. I'd deal with someone that accepts returns just in case.

Foley & Williams is very, very similar to National, so they get hard to tell apart.

I've got two F&W and several Nationals. Like others have said, they take the same shuttle and most attachments. I'll take a couple of pictures after work. I can't find any one my photobucket page right now.

I found one. I also have a New Goodrich which I beleive is a newer model than this one.
