Very nice machine! If I'm not mistaken, it has the "Victorian" decals?
UK 28s with Victorian declas often came with the fancy grapewine face plate, it makes a pretty addition.
Just for fun; I've been rewatching Downton Abbey and the same machine can be glimpsed at in the Bates's cottage and a similar one with an electric motor is used by Baxter, the new lady's maid in series 4
