May your stitches always be straight, your seams always lie flat, and your grain never be biased against you.

I have bought rocks on ebay many, many times as I am an avid collector and also work with rocks , so this is probably a simple accident......I guess I do not see the humor

I think you are right in that it was an accident. The rock looks kind of cool, it was just so unexpected. I was looking at page after page of sewing machines, and all of the sudden, A ROCK. It made me laugh so hard, but I am a bit immature at times. : )

There is another explanation. Seller "A" posts a picture of his FW (hot link). Seller "B" is too lazy to take a picture, so he links to seller A's picture on the internet. Seller A gets mad and replaces his picture with a picture of a rock.

I think if it was purchased they paid too much. Especially for shipping, he, he, he!

Did anyone notice that the rock has a perfect hole in the top, does this make it vintage.

AS IS. . . . .says so right there in description. Oh darnie, it is gone. Was gonna bid on it. Would of been a nice rock for stacking. Yea, there is such a thing, google it, Rock stacking. Creative artistic expression of piling rocks up. It is fun cept when they fall over on your foot.
