Default hahahahahahahahahahaha DH has "the bug"

My husband thinks I have enough machines and rolls his eyes when I check out shopgoodwill and CL. There are 2 waiting for him to repair already. So yesterday, he comes home from work and informes he stopped at the thrift store and found a 15-91 in a singer cabnet and he just had to get it. It needs rewiring, but it and the cabnet are in good condition. So, now he has 3 machines to fix. I didn't tell him I passed up a couple in the last month as I don't want him overwhelmed with MY hobby. I guess I'll just let him know what I want and wait for him to find it (and learn to rewire and clean them myself!). He can't roll his eyes at me then!!!!!!!!

That's a good kind of husband to have! I have one of them, too, and wouldn't trade him for a billion sewing machines!

You've taught him well......my DH does the same with any fabric or sheets that he finds at yard sales or thrift stores. I keep telling him I don't need any more right now......I'm getting overwhelmed with finding a place to put it all.

What a guy, better to want you to have what you want and help you find it than tell you you have enough or too much.
