Default footpedal for a Cresta machine?????

We were given this gorgeous machine, but there is no foot control with it. We've tried googling and looking online no joy.

The machine was made in Eastern Europe for a British company around 1970....

Really hoping someone can help!!!

Thanks for looking.

Hmm. It may need some work. The plug in side the machine looks like it has moved over time and may need adjustment. Have you tried ebay?

My Singer 301's pins seem to be in the same configuration. I wonder if a cord and pedal from another machine would work. These aren't very much on ebay. The machine looks a little my Elna from the same time period, but the pins are nothing like the Elna's.

it can be REALLY hard to find odd ball plugs for machines - it does look a lot like a Singer plug - did one fit? It would be a lucky solution if it does. I have a Bernina I can't find a plug for so don't feel bad.
