Default Need help with Ambassador machine

I can't figure out where to go to get any info on this machine, the model number is K104218...it has the shuttle bobbin, I learned how to load new thread on the bobbin and I threaded the machine (looks like it has the same threading pattern that muv used in her video on the long bobbins) when I try to get the bottom thread up nothing happens, I tried to sew to see if that would bring it up, still nothing. You have helped me solved my other problems so I know I'm in good hands!! Thank you for your help. Laura

Laura, a similar problem was posted on 5-16-12 by Celwood about the needle not being in the correct postion along with a few other possibilities. Have you checked all of these items?

Like your machine. Unusual color! Good luck with getting it to sew.

Is the needle the right size for the machine?

I think its the needle also, I'll search and try to find what type of needles this machine needs. Thanks for all the help and comments. Laura
