I know the feeling. Good thing about it, there will be others.

Why, people... just why?!
That has to be one of the ugliest reuses ever! In addition to being totally out of proportion.

this is the pink one I'm hankering for - not sure how far down they'll be willing to go on price though - but doesn't every girl need a pink sewing machine? It would look really nice next to the green White (model 670) when I get that one.

The blaze orange screwdriver kills the deal for me. There's no call for that, when you know there must have been pink screwdrivers available.....

At least they've included a screwdriver. To me, anyway, that is helpful.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=181423497734

Ad claims that there were only 12 made.....

My message to them

"I would STRONGLY suggest you adjust your ad.

Here is the listing from Singer regarding the production numbers of your machine...

Serial numbers B-1428301 through B-1432000 refer to Model # 24, Singer Build Order Qty 3700, The order was placed October 20, 1905

http://ismacs.net/singer_sewing_mach...l-numbers.html

The "12 made" could cause you a lot of legal issues when it is KNOWN that they made 3700 in just THIS build order, let alone the dozens of orders like this placed.

Just sayin..."

Only 12 made and they only want $999? That should warn some potential buyers right there. Way to call them out on it Steve. I wonder if they'll correct it?

Macybaby that's a good shade of pink. A lot of the "pink" machines I've seen have been a sort of dirty looking pink, not a good clear shade like that.

I prefer the pink machines to the mauve ones.

But I always leave them behind, not my style.
