I've never seen one like this! The paint looks to be a bit lumpy- maybe a repaint?

I can't tell if the paint job is original but the color is-my brother has this same machine and it is a super heavy duty machine.Goes through any thing he throws at it. And at $60 its a give away bargain

It looks like an OG paint .

I'm on the other side as far as value, I've had that very same machine, in Brown crinkle, but gave it away..along with afew other machines made by national. But then I do not care for wheel driven machines

I would give them a Dime for it.. but no more than 50 dimes

Steve I think xxxxxxxxxx means machines that have the little rubber drive wheel on the motor instead of a pulley and belt or gear drive system. I don't know what the OG paint is.

ok any forum your in OG always means original This is a term / phrase going back to the 40's, before ww 11 anyway.

Wheel driven , the wheels are known as drive wheels. aka wheel driven , as belt is belt driven ...same on gear driven..

Well, I'll admit that I do not go back to the 40's myself, but with all of the sewing machine boards that I am on I have NEVER once seen that term, so perhaps the "always" and "any" might be just a bit overstated....

Cool, should have realized the "Wheel drive" They are all after the timeframe of my collection (with the exception of belt) but i've seen enough of them that i should have worked that out.. Thanks
