Necchi advice please

I'm going to pick up a Necchi Supernova with attachments tomorrow. Needs rewired. Case looks to be in great condition.

Can they be worked on??

Yes. There are a couple of Yahoo groups for Necchi machines that have all sorts of information available. And frudemoo just restored one in this thread:
