My 115 is a joy to hand crank except when it unthreads the needle...

Thread goes through that little hook on the bobbin case after it goes through the usual thread path on the bobbin case.
Otherwise it goes like a Singer 15 on the top.
I tried to do screen shots but was not allowed to load it.

The decals are the same as my 115. IIRC the 15 is an oscillating hook where the 115 is a rotary hook. Look at the hook (the part where the bobbin case inserts) while you slowly turn the hand wheel. That hook will continue to rotate in the same direction over and over again when it is a model 115.

My 115 treadle is my second favorite treadle machine and I don't think anyone could pry it from my hands. I recommend you keep and use it!

As far as decals go, I have one 115 and one 15 with those decals. My 15 has no motor boss, the 115 has one.
