Default I named him!

My first male machine! I named him "Tank"! So darn heavy, he came by the name honestly! Does anyone name their machines after a male or are they are girl names?

I have:
big mama
Annabelle
Esther & OPal
Matilda
Sylvie
Sweet Pea
and my latest "Tank" a male!

Oh, the girls won't get to see him. He can't make it upstairs where the girls are, maybe that is for the best!

My Mother says I am nuts but there is :
Eloise, the Elna Pro Quilter
Charlie, the School model Singer
Janome, of course a Janome
Sassy Singer, 404 Slantomatic
Plain Jane, ancient Kenmore
Indee, 31-15 Singer Industrial Machine
Grandma, my first Singer Futura rightfully named for it was bought with inheritance from Grandma
BAbyBoy, the Baby Lock Serger
and there are a few more which are not named and have not came up with a name for the newest Singer, not sure the model..

Now that is truly an act of Love. Mr Ed is one lucky machine. It is fun to hear about some male sewing machines and they story.

I call mine 301A, 1630, 55, MO634DV, but that may be an R2D2, C3PO thing....really liked Star Wars and (sigh) Hans Solo.

I named my 328 Frank, short for Frankenstein, because that is what he looks like next to my FW's and 201! To date, Frank is my only male machine.
