but I knew that already.. just a matter of putting it all together.. if you want to know more about her.. she is under the heading of: new toy..oh my goodness

This is a real deal Singer and it was made for developing countries. 9 times out f 10 this was a rental machine hence the companies name and number on the machines case. The machines do have decals on them they are buried under a clear coat, and Singer had been using decals for over 100 years when this little guy was made.

They were subcontracting their machines out to Japan then to China for the production of machines for the underdeveloped countries. It kept cost down and they were able to compete with the Japanese and India.
