Default Vintage Pinnock

I am going to collect this sewing machine today. I don't know much about Pinnocks and have struggled to find information by googling them. Am I right that they are an Australian company? I would love to know more about these sewing machines if anyone has any info or links.

I've got this sewing machine home and I think it could become a favourite - it sews a lovely stitch and I'm hoping I might be able to treadle it.

I haven't got an instruction book and I don't know what the three buttons on the right hand side, beneath the stitch length selector are. They have N, S and E written on them. Can anyone tell me what they are for?

Many thanks, Clare

Thank you Retrogirl and Miriam. I appreciate your help.

I need to get my chores done and then I can start cleaning and playing with this sewing machine. I was surprised to see how different she looked inside compared to my older Singers, so it will be fun getting to know what makes her tick.
