Default ACME Buttonholer

Another new toy!

I wanted to get period appropriate buttonholers for my machines (if I could) so I snapped this one up when it became available.

There is one screw that came loose in shipping, and I'll have to figure out how to get it back where it belongs - but it's all there and does work like it should.

The slide plate is affixed underneath - this one fits a Domestic style machine (the one with the oval needle plate. I have two machines this fits so far.

And with the machine. I have so many neat attachments for this Domestic.

THAT is a cool buttonholer. Anything Acme has to be good. (Bugsbunny/Roadrunner fan)
It's neat how it attaches by using the slide plate.

I suspect ACME may have made some to fit other machines.

Do you know if there was anything made that works with a WW #9?

I would/could check on the W&W Yahoo group. Let me know if you aren't and I will.

I was looking on the Singer Attachment yahoo group - and found pictures of this same buttonholer. And I mean that literately LOL!! I started looking at them up close and realized it IS the one I just purchased.
