Default Machine and cabinet I played with yesterday

I bought 2 machines this summer and got to play with the 301-A yesterday. The cabinet is one that I haven't see before. The left side panel had hinges I could see on the outside and there was a "box" on the inside mounted. I pulled on the left panel and it swings out and you and you can store things in it. Also the knee/footcontrol is mounted in the front. Others I have seen have been mounted on the right side. I am hoping to be able to add a picture with this. Well guess I need to try the picture procedure again after reading more.

Sounds a lot like the one I have - it comes with several different "fronts"

The drawer swings out so you can access the contents while sewing.

This one came with DH's 403A, it will be home for Rocketeer I'm trading a 401A for.

One funny note - I paid as much for the stool as DH did for the cabinet and machine!

I have 2 cabinets like that. One came with a 500A Rocketeer, and the other one I picked up for free. They are great cabinets.

That is it!! Wish the stool had come with it. After dusting it off brought it in the house and sewed all afternoon and my cats were intrigued with something new and different. I have to cover my pin cushion the younger cat steals my pins. Thanks for posting the pictures-never did get that figured out.

Janie, I posted pictures of that one in the Photo section - it's got my 201 inside.

Cool cabinet, but the inspector is beautiful. My 503A is in a cabinet that looks like that, but I've never tried to open the front. I'll have to check it out. Thanks!
