I love it and that is a really nice present indeed!! I picked up a Damascus treadle today and thought I was doing good, but you beat me hands down!!

OMG! The stove reminds me of the one we had in our kitchen when I was a kid. It was crammed in next to the drainboard for the sink - about 24 inches of room between them. We did not have hot water, so most nights it was fired up heating water for cooking and heating water for dishes, laundry or baths. I have not so fond memories of burning my elbows when I brushed up against it while drying dishes! Believe it or not, that was in the early 1960's.
