Well, aren't you the smart one.....I waited forever to order the leather belt for mine because I never even knew you could substitute something like that. Think sheltered life here. My 66 is exactly like that one in the same two-drawer cabinet. I guess they must have been all over at one time--I bought mine from a lady in Nashville who said her gramma made all of her dresses on it when she was a little girl. I have a Singer treadle machine in my own past, but can't remember that far back clearly anymore.

Have you "Fired it up" yet ? I PM'd you a link to the singer manual for your machine. I think we would all like an update when you have her humming along again.
