Ooppps so or goop
Pit's of ? Kohler ? There is a perfect little circle cut out above the thread take up arm, filled with ?something Question is, was that something to stay or was it just 100 year old varnished crud? Also same situation for machines with the square needle arm...

Gloriosa B made by Haid & Neu and Pfaff B (or type B) have very similar needle plate and bobbin plate to your machine. I have seen the same pattern you have on the face plate on Older Pfaffs (face plate and stop motion screw), as late as on a Pfaff 30 or 31. Yours are older, the large hand wheel makes me think it's pre WWI but hard to tell. Singer's model 12 was a starting point for a lot of machines made in Germany, and ongoing developments were made for decades by several brands. I'm guessing Köhler was one of them too. With a bit of search I'm sure the model will be tracked down.

haven't seen that web site before, cool pic's. mine does has HK730 as part of the casting behind the bobbin fill spindle, marked "Foreign" behind the pillar and the cover plate has sys 705 which takes a standard 15x1 needle (which is nice). From what I have read I think it dates to around the 1930's but not real sure about date.
