pretty treadle cabinet, for what looks like a Singer?

For sure that wasn't made for a Singer, Singer never had any with the fold up "false" front.
It's hard to see, but it says "FREE" on the foot pedal, and that is a "FREE" machine inside. Free/Westinghouse, I have one just like it, but a different cabinet. The legs are the same though.
