1890 Singer VS3/28 White Rock Rose
6 Attachment(s)
I drove 1 1/2 hours to an estate sale yesterday because of this machine. They wanted $500. So I went home. Called them this morning, everything was 1/2 off and it was still there (big surprise). Drove 1 1/2 hours again to pick it up. Has its shuttle and a bobbin. It was manufactured 1890. This is a Painted Rose variant. This decal set was only made from 1890-1891. Couldn't find that decal set on ISMACS, finally found it on needlebar. http://needlebar.org/nbwiki/index.ph....2C_Cornflower. It's #9c. Not cleaned yet. The last pic is of all of the other stuff that came w/it. Happy Mother's Day to me.

Really amaizing machine. I don't even like flowers (except realy ones) and I'd take that machine in a heartbeat! And a hand crank too! Love the fern leaves.

I've never seen a machine with yellow flowers before....how BEAUTIFUL. Glad you have given it a good home.

OH, for beautiful! Lucky you to have found and bought this beauty. Not very often you see one that nice and talk about clean! That shuttle is even shiny. Usually you see a piece of rust waiting to become a useful item again.
