1935 Singer - walking foot for quilting?
 

I just had my grandmother's 1935 Singer restored and it works so well I actually made a quilted tote bag. Just wondering if there's a possibility to attach a walking foot to help with the quilting process?

Sure, go to SewClassic and order a low shank, straight stitch walking foot.

I use my 1927 Singer 99K hand machine for straight line quilting. I never use a walking foot. Try increasing the pressure on the presser bar and use a hinged regular foot. You might be surprised by the results.

Was that an antique walking foot machine or are you wanting to put a walking foot on a machine? A walking foot machine has a two part foot. It will do straight line sewing but it will go through all the layers evenly. If you are wanting an add on walking foot that is what they are referring to above.
