1937 White Sewing Machine [Knee Operated]
I have a 'knee operated' White Machine (1937). The cabinet has 1 drawer on the left(wider and more narrow than the 3 drawers on the rignt side. In a drawer, on the right side, is a little shelf with 2 holes in it that holds 2 small glass bottles that have black tops. Each bottle top has a hole in it that can be covered by a built in slider. I need to know what are the bottles used for. Thank you for your time. D. Daniel

As many of these cabinets were also used as writting desks, those are most likely ink bottles. :)
