301A and Morse Machines

I have health problems and need to get rid of some of my sewing machines. I have a 301A in a case with zigzag and buttonhole attachments and a lot of feet and other accessories (including bobbins). The case is perfect and the machine is clean and runs really well.

I also have two Morse Fotomatics, one in a case and one without a case. There are also a lot of accessories and feet with one of them (including a manual) and the other not so much. Could anyone tell me what I should be asking for these machines?

Check ebay for closed auction prices to get an idea.

It's totally going to depend on your area.

For instance, there's a thread right now where people are talking about the price of 301s. http://www.quiltingboard.com/vintage...0-t223834.html

I can tell you that in my area, they don't go for nearly those prices, but others will say that the price being asked by the craigslist ad is a steal. If you can, besides Candace's suggestion of completed auctions on Ebay, see if Craigslist, or if there's a Used<yourtown>.com try there too, see if anyone has anything similar listed.

It depends on how fast you want to get rid of them. Walmart has machines for $69 so stay under that and they will sell. If you want top dollar go with what Candace says.
