Anyone here also into machine knitting?

Hi - I know this is off topic, but I am really stuck.
I've got a vintage Empisal KH-880 knitting machine that I'd really like to use, but I have no idea how it works or even if all the parts are there.
If anyone knows anything about this and is willing to share some tips with me, could you PM me please?
I'd hate to get rid of it - or for it to go to the graveyard because there's no info available.
Thanks!!!
Amelia

Is it anything like this one?

Other manuals here

Also, Empisal was a re-branding company. It might be made by Brother. Have a look at the manual for a KH-8?0 in that last link. Username and password are "customer"

That's great Mike - thanks! At least I know there is a part missing now and it would probably allow me to have a go. No model number(s) in the first manual, but I don't know how hard it would be to use it without the handle (probably pretty annoying).
