Anyone know anything about a "Chandler Button Sewing Machine"?

I've seen this listed for a while and it is just odd enough looking that I am intrigued by it! Anyone know anything about them?

The crank is in the front! Look directly below the decals.

Nope, never seen or heard of one. But it would be fun to own and use. Besides, it looks as if it would not take up much room. If it has been listed for a while the seller must want too much for it or it is odd enough to not be a desirable addition to a collection. If it were closer I might consider it.
