In our area a space like that can be heated with a gas heater, using a refillable propane tank. We have a heater called a Rinnai with a thermostat that can be set low, say, 50 degrees. Hubby uses one to keep his paint from freezing in a hobby space. We get the gas from the company that provides our heating oil and get a discount for taking both types of heat from them.
