Wow!! She sure is pretty :thumbup: !!!!

Try using some good quality sewing machine oil to clean her up. Just put some on with your fingers and then gently rub it around and let it sit for a few minutes, Using a soft cloth or cotton balls wipe off the oil and some of the dirt will come with it. You will probably have to do this more than once for each area. Do it to an area that won't show just in case something happens to the decals :shock: . I used sewing machine oil on mine and nothing happened.

I used "No. 7 Chrome & Metal Polish" (got it at the local hardware store) on the face plate of my new 201-2, the other day, and it really worked good. I put it on a cloth and rubbed the face plate the in same way I that rub silverware when I'm polishing the tarnish off. The face plate went from being brownish yellow to nice and shiny!!

What a great looking machine.

Okay here is my 66 that has really bad crazing and I cleaned it like I do all of my machines with Kerosene (for the mechanics) GoJo and finished off with Liquid Gold.

I wish mine had turned out that well! But you can't bring out what just isn't there anymore. My poor "Helen" was so abused before I saved her. Her cabinet was totally ruined, so I put a hand crank on her. Now if I could just get hubby to make her a box to sit in! Billy is the guru!

Billy is awesome - I just got my Red Eye back from his "spa" and she is absolutely gorgeous.
